Toronto DC6

Available for lease in Q2 2026, DC 6 is the sixth next-generation facility in UDCS’s six-building campus near Toronto, featuring a 195,000 square foot, purpose-built design. With a total critical power capacity of up to 36 MW and standard 3–6 MW per data hall, DC 6 supports high-density configurations exceeding 100 kW per rack. The facility offers N+1 redundancy for both power and cooling, high-efficiency static UPS, and a design PUE of 1.25 or better for sustainable, efficient operations. Carrier-neutral with diverse fibre entry points, DC 6 is secured by 24/7 surveillance, biometric access controls, and ballistic-resistant construction.
