Urbacon led the design-build-lease of this five-storey, purpose-built colocation data centre, delivering 16 MVA in phased 2.5 MW increments. The project required complex approvals, including a major land exchange with the City of Toronto and multi-jurisdictional design review to preserve the First Parliament site. All MEP systems are housed on the top floor, with secure data halls—each 3,700 SM—below.
