Toronto DC3 sets a new standard in data centre design with Canada’s first bi-directional hyperscale direct evaporative cooling system, delivering exceptional energy efficiency and sustainability. Its expansive Data Halls at 6MW each, are purpose-built for mission-critical and AI workloads with advanced rear door heat exchangers. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, DC3 was completed and operational within just 12 months, with Phase 2 adding 6MW in only 203 business days—showcasing resilience, rapid scalability, and industry-leading project management.
